We are proud to introduce the Usukiyaki, handcrafted in Usuki City, Oita Prefecture (大分県臼杵市). Our long-standing relationship with this remarkable maker is built on deep respect and a shared desire to keep introducing their beautiful craftsmanship to our community.

Usukiyaki is more than tableware; it reflects the beauty of nature and the quiet dedication of true artisans. Inspired by the hills, sea and seasonal flowers of Usuki, each piece is shaped by hand using the Katauchi technique (a traditional hand-press moulding method), with soft, petal-like edges that cast gentle shadows.
