Dispatch Time:
Your order is important to us. All parcels are packed in-house by our team with the utmost care to ensure they arrive safely.
Standard Shipping
Most standard shipping orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
For large orders, complex shipments, or fragile multi-item parcels, dispatch may take a little longer.
Express Shipping
Express orders are prioritised whenever possible and are usually dispatched within 1 business day.
For larger or more delicate orders that require extra packing time, dispatch may take up to 2 business days.

Orders over $100:
Standard Shipping: We're offering free trackable standard shipping on orders over $100 now.
Express shipping: $10 (Under $200), $20 (Under $500), $30 ($500 and up)
Orders under $100:
Standard shipping: $15
Express shipping: $25
Want to switch to Express shipping after placing an order?
After you place an order, contact us if you need express shipping, and we will reply to you within hours and send you a link for payment for the switch. The surcharge for express post depends on the value of your order. The surcharge will be equal to $10 (Under $200), $20 (Under $500), $30 ($500 and up).

Orders from New Zealand can be placed on our website without contacting us. We offer standard shipping and express shipping (EMS) for all New Zealand orders.
Orders over $250:
Standard shipping: FREE
Express shipping: $5
Orders from $150 to $249.99:
Standard shipping: $20
Express shipping: $25
Orders under $150:
Standard shipping: $25
Express shipping: $30
SHIPPING ESTIMATED TIME GENERAL INFORMATION
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame. Delivery delays may be experienced due to extreme weather or staffing issues in your local post office. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

Other State Major City: from 1 business day to up to 3-7 business days
Other State Rural: up to 10 business days
New Zealand: up to 4-7 business days

Other State Metro: 1-3 business days
Other State Rural: 2-3 business days (WA and NT rural might take longer)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (New Zealand Excluded)
Please contact us with your shipping list, and we will reply to you with a quote for shipping costs within one (1) business day. The shipping costs depend on the weight, size of the package and your country.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are sent from our office in Collingwood, Victoria, Australia. All orders are packed and dispatched 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
* For New Zealand orders, please allow one (1) extra business day for preparation.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can track the progress of our delivery via this confirmation email.
ADDRESS OF RECIPIENT
Please make sure you enter the correct mailing address. An incomplete or incorrect address might result in your parcel being delayed or even missing.
Unfortunately, after the parcel is dispatched, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust or where someone can receive and sign for the package.
