Yui-結 / Tea Saucer Snack Plate - 5 Colours

This plate is a collaboration between Miyama and Saliu. A kiln in Mizunami City, Gifu Prefecture, a production centre which has a history of 1300 years.

They continued to make polite products by inheriting history, region, materials and technology from predecessors and making the best use in the present age.

This soft line of the irregular round plate is pleasing to the eyes, adding a minimalist, calm and zen atmosphere. 

The clay of this saucer and Yui teacups are the same without any colour difference. Great match for each other!

As all parts of the piece are handmade in Japan, slight irregularities in size, glaze, colour and texture might occur and reflect the nature of the artisan product.
