An exquisite gift set version of our popular Yui Wooden Handle Teapot 330 ml. This gift set comes with one 330 ml wooden handle teapot and two teacups.

The clay of teapot and teacup are the same, so there is no colour difference. The custom-made gift box itself shows gift attention to detail and deep sincerity. Inside the gift box, the teapot and teacups are wrapped in cloth.

This gift set is a collaboration between Miyama and Saliu. A kiln in Mizunami City, Gifu Prefecture, a production centre which has a history of 1300 years.

They continued to make polite products by inheriting history, region, materials, and technology from predecessors and making the best use of them in the present age.

Unlike other teapots the spout and the hollow body are made separately, they are connected without any tracks for this Yui Teapot. Thank the superior skill of the kiln.

This soft line form drains well, and you can pour the last drop firmly.

As all parts of the piece are handmade in Japan, slight irregularities in size, glaze, colour and texture might occur and reflect the nature of the artisan product.
