Sou-sou Sake Set - Ivory / 蒼爽 酒器セット

With a unique shape, this Sou-sou sake set from Ceramic Japan gives us a beautiful way to enjoy sake. It used yellow porcelain to create a warm and soft expression in contrast to blue and white porcelain.

The original form was created and handmade by Noriyuki Fujii, a potter in Seto City.  This beautiful series is characterized by its fluctuating shape and delicate rim. 

Using the techniques that live on in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture, the town of ceramics, Ceramic Japan has had a strong commitment to design and has turned the ideas of its designers into reality through its technical capacities. 

As every piece has its handmade feature, slight irregularities in size, glaze, colour and texture might occur and reflect the nature of the artisan product.
