Mizusaki Glass Sake Cup - Sakura
New Arrivals
Soft cherry-pink petals drift across the frosted glass, deepest near the rim and fading to clear towards the base, like blossoms falling on a spring breeze.
Made by hand in Japan for Kimoto Glass, each cup has a soft, frosted finish that gently diffuses the colour. Where the glass is thicker the colour deepens, and where it thins it turns almost clear, so the cup changes with the light. Its small size is made for sipping chilled sake, and it is just as lovely for cold tea or a little dessert.
As every piece has its handmade feature, slight irregularities in size, shape, colour and texture might occur and reflect the nature of the artisan product.
