Mino ware Japanese Teacup 280ml - Hokusai Wave / 寿司湯呑み

Mino ware (美濃焼) has been made in Gifu Prefecture (岐阜県), central Japan, for over 1,300 years — one of the oldest and most prolific ceramic traditions in the country. This yunomi has a lively patterned design, combining deep indigo linework with soft red floral details across the glossy surface. The tall shape gives it the familiar feel of a Japanese teacup, suited to generous pours of green tea, hojicha, or tea served with a meal. As every piece has its handmade feature, slight irregularities in size, glaze, colour and texture might occur and reflect the nature of the artisan product.
