Mino ware (美濃焼) has been made in Gifu Prefecture (岐阜県), central Japan, for over 1,300 years — one of the oldest and most prolific ceramic traditions in the country.

The design feels like folded fabric, with traditional indigo small patterns meeting a warmer floral touch. It has a nostalgic yet lively character, making it a beautiful choice when you want the bowl itself to add colour and story without overwhelming the food.
