Mino ware (美濃焼) has been made in Gifu Prefecture (岐阜県), central Japan, for over 1,300 years — one of the oldest and most prolific ceramic traditions in the country.

This gentle mug is available in two softly illustrated designs: a blue bird or a squirrel among small botanical details. With its pale speckled surface, rounded handle, and generous shape, it feels calm and easy to use for coffee, tea, or a quiet morning drink.

As every piece has its handmade feature, slight irregularities in size, glaze, colour and texture might occur and reflect the nature of the artisan product.
