Kotohana Flower Chopstick Rest

Kotohana (Hanakotoba) means floriography in English. In other words, the language of flowers. 

Miyuki Miura, the designer of this series, selected beautiful flowers and presented them in elegant tableware.

Each of the flowers has its floriography.

As the whole piece is handmade in Gifu, Japan, slight irregularities in size, glaze, colour and texture might occur and reflect the nature of the artisan product.
