This exceptional Kagami Crystal flower vase, titled Ruru(縷々), is a testament to the refined artistry of Tatsuya Nemoto(根本達也), a certified Traditional Craftsman of Edo Kiriko. Designed and hand-cut by the master himself, the vase features a delicate, thread-like lattice pattern composed of countless fine cuts layered with precision.

Each incision captures and reflects light like woven silk, unveiling a subtle amber glow from within the transparent crystal. The top half showcases the Asanoha/麻の葉 (hemp leaf) motif—an emblem of growth and resilience in Japanese tradition—while the flowing lower pattern gives the piece a sense of graceful movement, as if threads of light were gently drawn around its form.
