Grater Scraper Brush / 竹製スクレーパー

This simple and effective brush is the perfect tool for scraping ingredients off a grater. Hand-made from sustainable bamboo and shaved into the correct width, this brush works wonderfully for removing wasabi, ginger, daikon, and other fine ingredients from your grater.

It works perfectly with our Suribachi bowls, ginger and garlic grater and wasabi grater!

As this piece is wholly handmade, slight irregularities in size, glaze, colour and texture might occur and reflect the nature of the artisan product.
