Edo-Kiriko Pair Sake Cup / 江戸切子 招福杯 冷酒揃え

This pair of sake cups contains two sake cups. One sake cup is with the motif of Mt. Fuji. The sacred mountain Mt. Fuji boasts the highest point in Japan and, along with its beautiful appearance, is considered auspicious. The other sake cup is with the motif of ume, the Japanese national flower.

The Japanese artisans did create not only sake cups but also crafted the wooden gift box. Imagine the time when the person you care opening the box when you gifted this lovely gift.

As every piece has its handmade feature, slight irregularities in size, glaze, colour and texture might occur and reflect the nature of the artisan product.
