Established in 1921, the 'Little Solider'/Kaneko Kohyo kiln has provided quality tableware for almost one century.
Rinka, a traditional Japanese design that references flower petals, is one of their most popular dinnerware collections.
It is one of our most popular series, and we finally bring the soup mugs that everyone is asking for. The mugs are just as beautiful as the plate and bowls. With 250 ml capacity, it is big enough for recharging yourself with your favourite drinks.
The handle is relatively thicker and wider (2 cm width), making holding the mugs very comfortable.
Even though it is made of porcelain, the texture and look are like earthenware. The colour of the glaze is natural and gives people warmth.
We can also find the 100 years old kiln name engraved at the bottom in black.
As every piece has its handmade feature, slight irregularities in size, glaze, colour and texture might occur and reflect the nature of the artisan product.
