Kutani-yaki(九谷焼) is a traditional craft of Ishikawa prefecture(石川県) with a history of over 360 years. The beauty of nature, brilliant colour and fine calligraphy are the key features of this style of Japanese porcelain.

Kiln from Kutaniyaki presents these porcelain spoons, which artisans individually crafted with their beauty. The artisans are thoughtful and have a tiny 'hook' design so the spoon can lean on the bowl's rim without sliding down. These spoons can be very useful as they can hold a decent amount of soup or sauce.

On the other hand, the modern design as a fish these spoons even more beautiful.

As the whole piece is handmade in Japan, slight irregularities in size, glaze, colour and texture might occur and reflect the nature of the artisan product.
